Having a green smoothie in the morning is on of the right way to boost your day with fresh vitamins, nutrients, and proteins! It should keep you going until lunch 🙂

This green smoothie is one of our favorites. It features spinach, fresh mango and bananas and milk. No sweeteners or artificial flavors needed because the mango and banana are naturally sweet.

Smoothies that contain greens like spinash in addition to fruits are a good choice, as they tend to be lower in sugar and higher in fiber. I add bananas as they are – in my opinion – an essential ingredient to make the best green smoothies for both natural sweetness and a creamy texture!

Ingredients

  • 2 handful of Spinash

  • 1 Banana

  • 1 Mango

  • 150 ml Coconut milk

  • 1 handful of ice

Directions

  • Simply combine the spinach, mango, banana, milk, and ice in your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. 
  • Add coconut milk if you would like it more liquid.
  • ENJOY!!
