This pancakes are delicious… The kids are asking for them ALL the time. They are perfect as breakfast or afternoon snack!!
Breakfast Pancakes

300 gr Flour
10 gr baking powder
2 eggs
60 gr butter
300 ml milk
60 gr sugar
Directions
- Combine flour, sugar & baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
- Melt the butter
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, egg & milk and mix well.
- Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just enough to moisten the flour mixture. And rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with vegetable oil. Drop a large spoon of mixture and cook until the top surface bubbles and is dotted with holes. Flip and cook the other side until it is golden brown. It is very fast (30/45seconds) so watch carefully!
I usually cook 3 to 4 pancakes at the same time in my pan. - Add any of the topping you like: raw brown sugar, honey, chocolate, banana, berries, nuts, ….
