Colorful rolls

Incorporate colored fruits and veggies into our appetizers!
Your kids will love preparing these colorful rolls. This recipe, is a good way to introduce colorful and healthy ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 4 big tortillas

  • 1 small beetroot

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 1 medium cucumber

  • 1 big carrot

  • 5 tsp cream cheese

Directions

  • Wash your vegetables and peel the beetroot and carrot.
  • One by one, run each ingredient through your food processor, to get super small, and finely chopped food.
  • Spread each tortilla with a tablespoon of cream cheese, followed by a layer of each vegetable.
  • Tightly wrapped each roll in a small table towel (try to avoid plastic wrap!), and put them in the fridge for a 1/2 hour, so they will be easier to cut.
  • Cut them up right before serving.
  • ENJOY!!
