Porridge with red fruits

40 gr oat flakes
250 ml of almond milk (or any other milk you like)
1 spoon of honey
100 gr of red fruits
1 spoon of granola (homemade granola recipe here)
Directions
- Bring milk to the boil.
- Add the oat flakes and bring back to boil over a low heat. Stir to prevent it from sticking the bottom of the pan.
- Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes, keep stirring from time to time.
- Top with honey, fresh fruits & granola!
