Ingredients

  • 40 gr oat flakes

  • 250 ml of almond milk (or any other milk you like)

  • 1 spoon of honey

  • 100 gr of red fruits

  • 1 spoon of granola (homemade granola recipe here)

Directions

  • Bring milk to the boil.
  • Add the oat flakes and bring back to boil over a low heat. Stir to prevent it from sticking the bottom of the pan.
  • Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes, keep stirring from time to time.
  • Top with honey, fresh fruits & granola!
