Serve it warm or cold with a salad & Enjoy! Pin Print Tomato Tatin 0 from 0 votes Difficulty: Easy Servings 4servingsPrep time15minutesCooking time1hour Ingredients 1 pastry dough25 rusher tomatoes (medium size)2 spoons of raw sugar2 spoons of red wine vinegar2 spoons of red pesto (blend 20 dry tomatoes with basil) Sea salt Thym Directions Preheat oven to 200°C.In a pie mold, put raw sugar, vinegar and salt.Wash the tomatoes, cut them in 2, put them round side on the mold. Cook for 30 minutes.Spread pesto on the dough. Place the dough on the tomatoes (pesto side down tomatoes). With a fork, make some holes on the dough.
