Crunchy almonds biscuits

Here is recipe that I discovered at my friend’s yesterday! I loved it so much that I didn’t waste any time, I did it again today πŸ˜‰ And I can guarantee this recipe is very easy to make. Moreover, it does not contain any fat, so why deprive yourself of it?

These biscuits can be kept for several weeks in an iron cookie jar so you can already start preparing them for the end of the year celebrations and why not give them away!

Crunchy Almonds Biscuits

  • 2 eggs

  • 160 gr raw blond sugar

  • 250 gr of flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon of orange aroma

  • 110 gr of almonds

  • 40 gr of pistachio


  • Pre heat oven to 170Β°C
  • Beat eggs and sugar until mixture whitens and becomes creamy.
  • Add the orange aroma and flour. Mix until you get a sticky dough.
  • Add almonds & pistachios. Β 
  • Form 2 loaves of 4 to 5 cm wide and place them on greaseproof and floured paper.
  • Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Let cool before cutting the bread into 1 cm wide slices.
  • Cook the slices for another 10 minutes in the oven to finish cooking.
