Hello and welcome!

My name is Celine. I am the happy mum of 3 kids. I am not a chef (I am an engineer 🤷🏻‍♀️) but I have always loved cooking and felt concerned about the environment.

In this blog, I want to share my healthy recipes and create awareness on how our actual way of consumption can be bad while there are plenty alternatives for us to change our habits and easy tips for a sustainable way of living.

My philosophy

The past few years, and even more since I am a mum, I have been changing my eating habits for what I call “Real Food”. By “Real Food” I mean food made from scratch with raw, organic whenever possible, local and/or ethically sourced ingredients. I am not following any specific diet as for me eating must be a pleasure. I am not vegan or vegetarian. However, I am convinced that thinking our meals around seasonal vegetables and fruits is the right way for an healthy and positive relationship with food. Taking back the control over our food preparation is essential to our long term well-being. It is also a way to drastically reduce food packaging and control what I serve to my family.

Our kitchen is full of natural ingredients that can also be used to make our own cosmetics and cleaning products. Making our own DIY products with ethically sourced ingredients is another easy way to take care about the planet, our health and our wallet!
